- 1 Cup rice flour
- 1½ Cup grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup powdered jaggery
- 3 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Dry roast the coconuts
- To prepare this delicious recipe, take a pan and add grated coconut to it. Dry roast the coconut and keep it aside.
- Take a new pan and fill it with 1 cup of water. Bring the water to a boil.
- After that, add the jaggery and let it dissolve. Add the roasted coconut when the jaggery mixture begins to thicken.
Prepare a dough
- Mix thoroughly and increase the heat to medium-high.
- After that, add the cardamom powder and stir thoroughly. Turn off the flame after a few seconds, remove the mixture, and set it aside.
- To make the dough, add the rice flour and hot water to a mixing container. Sprinkle with salt and safflower oil.
